Whatistodaysvegetable.com started, oddly enough, as a website dedicated to listing the daily vegetable at Taqueria Pacifica in Providence, Rhode Island. It was a thank-you to Tyler, the owner of the taqueria and patron saint of this current incarnation, who had just given a delicious potato burrito to me, Jesse von Doom.
The focus of the site now revolves around general rants, raves, and bits of writing that I feel casually obligated to post. Mostly you’ll find bits about design, the music industry, and probably still the occasional post about Taqueria Pacifica burritos or my tragic lack thereof.
